app: added themes. now the main schema creates a minimal theme using defaults. the theme then sets properties to override these. we also use dependencies to do the equivalent of css classes for styling multiple widgets. the active theme is now called scifi on top of the minimal theme.

app: add chatview2 which supports rich content, no more O(n) scans (worst case O(log n) usually better), and a single chat screen which can be switched between different channel trees. still requires more review.
