app: added themes. now the main schema creates a minimal theme using defaults. the theme then sets properties to override these. we also use dependencies to do the equivalent of css classes for styling multiple widgets. the active theme is now called scifi on top of the minimal theme.

app/drk: make the balances_updated signal return the actual data so we avoid a double roundtrip calling get_balance, cache the balances so we avoid sending the signal on every sync update and simplify/flatten the code in src/main.rs updating the UI.
