app: added themes. now the main schema creates a minimal theme using defaults. the theme then sets properties to override these. we also use dependencies to do the equivalent of css classes for styling multiple widgets. the active theme is now called scifi on top of the minimal theme.

app/gfx: replace pattern `draw_cache: SyncMutex<Option<T>>` with an explicit EpochCache type that also invalidates the cache on epoch changes (as we should). More resilient, convenient and cleaner pattern with less potential for things to go wrong.
